Design and maintain end-to-end processes for time management and payroll, including quality assurance, testing, and cutover support

Establish and enforce governance, security, and compliance standards (DSGVO, documentation, authorization concepts)

Act as a strategic partner for HR, IT, management, and external partners, driving pragmatic and solution-oriented decisions
