Key Responsibilities

Set and execute the vision for customer acquisition across search, paid social, display, video, and emerging channels in MENA markets

Build and lead a high-performing team of 5+ paid and digital marketing professionals, fostering ownership and rapid iteration

Allocate and manage a significant paid media budget across channels and markets to maximize ROI and forecast performance for leadership

Define and track KPIs (CAC, LTV, ROAS, funnel conversion) while building real-time reporting infrastructure for data-driven decision-making

Collaborate with Creative, Brand, Product, and Analytics teams to align paid, brand, and product experiences into a unified system

Drive a test-and-learn culture through structured A/B and multivariate testing across audiences, creative, channels, and landing experiences

Negotiate and manage relationships with media, ad-tech, and agency partners to ensure performance alignment

Stay ahead of industry trends, including new platforms, privacy shifts, and measurement innovations, to keep strategy competitive

Partner with CMO and executive leadership on budget allocation, forecasting, and board-level reporting

Represent paid/digital priorities in broader marketing strategy and company-wide planning
