Key Responsibilities

Identify and prioritize opportunities to enhance discovery, engagement, conversion, and retention for buyers and sellers

Drive commercial performance by improving conversion, monetisation, revenue contribution, and customer value through data-driven decisions

Use customer feedback, user research, usability testing, and product analytics to uncover friction and validate high-impact improvements

Design and execute A/B tests, interpret results, and iterate on mobile experiences based on evidence

Create detailed Figma user flows, annotated designs, and product handovers to support engineering and design teams

Partner closely with engineering to navigate technical constraints, trade-offs, and native app development realities

Monitor post-launch impact, identify issues, and continuously improve app experiences based on real-world performance

Consider the impact of mobile decisions on marketplace liquidity, supply/demand dynamics, and trust across buyer/seller interactions
