Key Responsibilities
Support RMA returns and drive root cause analysis for customer issues
Monitor electrical performance trends, OOC events, and inline SPC parameters to maintain CPK standards
Develop and improve yield characterization methodologies using data analysis (e.g., R, Python) to identify yield limiters
Identify and resolve process integration issues across existing and new technologies, including defect characterization and CIP solutions
Prepare NTI passdown documentation by analyzing inline/ET data and investigating deviations (e.g., FDC)
Support Principal Engineer with data-driven reporting and deviation analysis
Design and execute DOEs to optimize process margins and define ET specifications for new technologies

Overview

Following internal career progression and mobility, we have an excellent opportunity in our Operations group for a Senior Process Integration Engineer to join our Process Integration team!

Rpeorting to the Head of Process Integration and based at our state-of-the-art manufacturing site in Durham, this is a key role which will involve close collaboration across many parts of the business.

You will provide critical support to the 300mm wafer fabs, with responsibility for facilitating the successful introduction of new process technology, ramping up yield, supporting existing technology, and internal and external RMA support.
