Key Responsibilities
Own commercial legal work end to end with the CLO
Lead negotiations on largest and most complex commercial deals
Build and scale the commercial legal team
Set commercial legal standards, playbooks, fallback positions, and templates
Make risk decisions and help the business make them
Design and build scalable legal workflows using AI tooling and automation
Integrate AI into day-to-day contracting
Set OLIX positions on key commercial terms
Own IP dimension of commercial work
Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, and Engineering
Manage external counsel for specialist workstreams
Contribute to legal tooling selection, CLM implementation, and internal enablement
