Build the evaluation science, creating benchmarks that predict performance in customer operations.

Build and lead the research organization in Zurich and Stuttgart, including structure, leads, and hiring.

Take research into production with engineering to ensure results reach the fleet in weeks and hold up in 24/7 operation.

Decide with founders what to publish, open-source, or patent, and build Sereact's standing at top academic venues.

Serve as Sereact's scientific voice with customers, partners, universities, and investors.
