Conduct HR due diligence for M&A targets, reviewing headcount, contracts, benefits, and liabilities

Transfer employment contracts across France and international locations, selecting optimal legal paths

Lead integration of acquired teams, including day-1 plans, contract harmonization, and onboarding

Support talent retention and individual situation management during transitions

Collaborate with external advisors (law firms, HR consultants, EoR providers) on deal-specific briefs

Set up compliant local entities and payroll systems for new country expansions

Handle international relocations, visas, social security, and tax compliance for Alaners

Develop reusable playbooks for HR due diligence, integration, and country-opening processes

Resolve cross-border individual situations (mobility, work-from-anywhere policies, sensitive cases)

Raise team expertise by sharing knowledge on employment law and M&A best practices

Leverage AI and automation to optimize HR processes and impact
