Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end process automations using n8n and AI agents for operational efficiency

Develop and optimize AI-driven workflows, including prompt engineering, tool routing, and guardrails

Build and maintain API integrations with Shopify, Personio, Slack, Meta, logistics, and payment systems

Analyze business processes and translate them into scalable, technical automation solutions

Develop internal dashboards (frontend) for monitoring and reporting automation performance

Monitor, debug, and continuously optimize automations to ensure stability and scalability

Prepare and analyze data (SQL, BigQuery) to identify automation opportunities

Collaborate with business teams (Customer Support, Finance, Operations, Marketing) to improve processes

Establish documentation, standards, and team structures for scalable automation practices

Technical Skills Required

JavaScript/TypeScript n8n (or comparable automation tools) API Integrations (REST, GraphQL, OAuth2)
