Key Responsibilities

End-to-End responsibility for the build, development, and operation of complex process automations, primarily using n8n.

Concept, implementation, and operation of AI agents including prompting, tool-routing, and guardrails.

Development and maintenance of API integrations to relevant systems such as Shopify, Personio, Slack, Meta, Logistics, and Payment.

Analysis of existing business processes and independent translation into scalable technical solutions.

Build high-quality front-end dashboards for internal departments.

Monitoring, debugging, and continuous optimization of automations to ensure stability and up-to-date status.

Data preparation and evaluation using SQL and BigQuery to identify automation and optimization potentials.

Close collaboration with functional departments such as Customer Support, Finance, Operations, and Marketing to improve processes.

Establish structures, documentation, and standards to enable team members to continue work independently.

Documentation of automations, decisions, and best practices to ensure quality and scalability.
