Key Responsibilities

Define and own the problem statement for Underwriting & Pricing domain, including strategic roadmap and prioritization

Collaborate with Actuarial, Commercial, Risk, and Customer Experience teams to translate pricing models and underwriting rules into actionable roadmaps

Assess and prioritize initiatives based on customer value, usability, technical feasibility, and business viability (commercial, operational, regulatory)

Hold joint accountability with Engineering Manager for domain-level metrics (e.g., quote-to-bind conversion rate, GWP, loss ratio, time-to-market)

Drive evidence-based decision-making by validating assumptions with data and customer insights before committing engineering resources

Represent domain priorities in cross-functional trade-offs and act as a senior voice in portfolio-wide decisions

Mentor other Product Managers and help define Product Management standards and career expectations at Homeprotect

Ensure compliance with Consumer Duty (TCF) and FCA Individual Conduct Rules, including data protection (UK GDPR) and regulatory reporting

Technical Skills Required
