Key Responsibilities
Define and continuously refine the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for agentic retrieval, AI orchestration, and shared Generative AI capabilities.
Identify opportunities to improve intelligent information retrieval, multi-step reasoning, and AI-assisted research workflows.
Balance customer requirements, technological opportunities, business objectives, and architectural constraints when determining product priorities.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and assess their potential contribution to future product capabilities.
Establish clear product outcomes, measurable objectives, and delivery priorities.
Guide the transition of advanced AI prototypes into stable, production-ready functionality through carefully planned development and release stages.
Collaborate closely with AI engineers, data scientists, architects, and platform specialists to translate product concepts into implementable technical requirements.
Develop detailed product specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritised engineering backlogs.
Evaluate technical trade-offs involving model performance, latency, scalability, reliability, infrastructure dependencies, and operational costs.
Coordinate version requirements.
Identify opportunities to extend the platform with additional AI tools, agentic skills, data sources, and intelligent workflows.
Ensure shared AI capabilities support the needs of multiple products and development teams, while maintaining architectural consistency, performance, and operational efficiency.
