Key Responsibilities

Design and build production-grade Agentic AI systems leveraging LLMs, RAG, tool calling, and agent orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI).

Develop and maintain end-to-end AI pipelines, including data ingestion, embeddings, retrieval, response validation, and hybrid search optimization.

Implement AI reliability mechanisms (guardrails, validators, circuit breakers, self-correction loops) and observability using tools like LangSmith.

Optimize AI applications for latency, cost, token efficiency, and scalability while deploying across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Lead technical architecture reviews, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.

Location: New York City, NY

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Hours: EST overlap required

Experience: 8–14 years of software engineering experience; 10+ years preferred
