Key Highlights

First dedicated data hire with end-to-end ownership of data transformation, semantic, and AI-access layers

Responsible for dbt modeling, semantic layer, MCP connectors, and data governance across engineering, servicing, and GTM teams

Work with Redshift, dbt, Metabase, PostHog, and Langfuse to track business metrics and unit economics

Key Responsibilities

Own and maintain the dbt repository, transforming legacy queries into reusable models and building data marts for company metrics

Design and govern the semantic layer and MCP connectors to enable internal teams and AI agents to query the warehouse conversationally and securely

Coordinate data dictionary, access governance, and self-serve analytics to ensure clear metric definitions, documented lineage, and cross-team accessibility

Develop and maintain product analytics taxonomy, dashboards, and event data trustworthiness across all product lines

Model business lifecycle, funnel conversion, revenue, and AI-delivered plan administration unit economics

Partner with engineering on warehouse architecture and data contracts

Serve as the primary technical SME for data-related questions across product, servicing, GTM, and leadership teams
