Key Highlights

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data models in an AWS-based medallion lakehouse using S3, Iceberg, dbt, Redshift, and Airflow/MWAA

Own production data services, improving reliability through monitoring, automated testing, observability, and resilient architecture

Migrate legacy SQL Server/SSIS/SSRS pipelines to AWS, validating migrated data outputs and downstream dependencies

Develop reusable components and automation for dataset onboarding and consistent data engineering practices

Apply data governance, lineage, schema evolution, security, and least-privilege access practices across pipelines

Troubleshoot production issues, investigate root causes, and optimize system performance and resource utilization

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business and technical requirements for reporting, analytics, and AI applications

Lead technical discussions, guide junior engineers through code reviews, and mentor on best practices
