Key Responsibilities

Define and own the enterprise Git platform strategy, including architecture, standards, and long-term roadmap

Consolidate fragmented Git platforms (GitLab/GitHub) into a single, governed source control foundation

Administer enterprise Git platforms (self-hosted/cloud), including repository structure, access controls, and branch protection policies

Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines across development, staging, and production environments

Deploy and operate organization-wide container registry (Harbor), object storage (MinIO), and secrets management (HashiCorp Vault)

Develop infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) for Git, CI/CD, and platform services infrastructure

Partner with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance and implement audit logging, access reviews, and security scanning

Monitor platform health, pipeline performance, and security events with proactive alerting

Collaborate with engineering teams to translate workflow needs into Git and CI/CD solutions

Create and maintain documentation for Git standards, pipeline templates, and platform runbooks
