Key Responsibilities
Oversee all technical aspects of construction projects, including civil, structural, architectural, and MEP design decisions
Conduct regular BIM reviews to ensure accuracy and quality of construction plans
Utilize Procore and Bluebeam for project management, document control, and compliance tracking
Ensure adherence to OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 safety regulations on all construction sites
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to expedite design decisions and resolve technical issues
Monitor and inspect construction work to verify compliance with project specifications and quality standards
Prepare and present technical reports on construction progress and encountered issues
