Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of ERP implementation projects, including mobilization, go-live, hypercare, and handover to support

Bridge US clients/consultants and Asia delivery teams, ensuring clear task prioritization and progress visibility across time zones

Translate client/consulting requirements into structured work packages for the Asia team with defined outcomes and acceptance criteria

Build and maintain integrated project plans, governance cadences, and executive reporting across US/Asia time zones

Manage RAID process, commercial health (budget, utilization, scope changes), and resource allocation to protect project margins

Lead go-live readiness, acceptance planning, project closure, and transition to support for sustainable outcomes

Partner with BOD to strengthen PMO capabilities, including delivery standards, dashboards, and coaching for project managers
