Make crisp Scale/Iterate/Pivot/Kill decisions based on evidence, ensuring no zombie projects persist
Secure Engineering and Design support on-demand and coordinate with GTM teams to align on dependencies (positioning, enablement, pricing, legal)
Instrument pilots to capture meaningful signals and document decision logs/learning summaries for alignment
Work AI-native: actively use AI for research, synthesis, prototyping, and analysis to accelerate decision-making
