Key Responsibilities
Establish trusted advisor relationships with senior leaders in governments, NGOs, and funders, providing evidence-based counsel
Lead end-to-end project management, including design, execution, and delivery of advisory and evaluation projects
Oversee financial management, budget design, and funder compliance for assigned projects
Mentor junior staff, foster collaboration, and ensure high-quality project execution within constraints
Collaborate with technical teams to maintain rigor in data and evidence tools for client solutions
Contribute to organizational development, process improvement, and potential expansion of IDinsight’s regional footprint
Support client engagement, internal process refinement, and potential new service or office establishment
