Key Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting for Senior Software Engineers, AI Engineers, and Machine Learning Engineers
Develop and execute technical sourcing strategies using Boolean search, GitHub, and AI tools
Partner with Engineering leaders to translate technical requirements into candidate profiles and interview plans
Lead recruiter screens assessing technical experience, problem-solving, and career alignment
Build and maintain talent pipelines for AI/ML and Software Engineering roles
Advise hiring managers on market compensation, candidate availability, and realistic hiring timelines
Track and analyze recruiting funnel metrics to improve hiring efficiency and quality
Mentor junior recruiters in technical sourcing and stakeholder management
