Key Highlights

Key Responsibilities

Administer and optimize HubSpot, including workflows, lead scoring, lifecycle management, and integrations

Design and execute AI-enabled marketing automation workflows to streamline campaign operations and reduce manual effort

Develop and maintain data governance standards, segmentation strategies, and compliance frameworks for marketing databases

Build and manage HubSpot dashboards for campaign, funnel, and engagement reporting, delivering insights to leadership

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to operationalize campaigns, events, webinars, and go-to-market initiatives

Evaluate and implement MarTech tools, integrations, and AI solutions to enhance marketing efficiency and scalability

Train and support Sales, Revenue Operations, and marketing teams on HubSpot and lead management best practices

Manage marketing project workflows, Asana, and operational roadmaps to improve cross-functional coordination
