Key Responsibilities

Administer and maintain enterprise SAS 9.4 environments.

Manage SAS components, including Metadata Server, Object Spawner, Workspace Server, and Stored Process Server.

Perform SAS deployment, upgrades, patching, migration, and environment refreshes.

Monitor SAS Grid performance and troubleshoot platform-related issues.

Manage SAS security, metadata permissions, LDAP, and Active Directory integration.

Provide L2/L3 production support and participate in incident resolution.

Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Handle incident, change, and problem management in accordance with ITIL processes.

Perform Linux administration and automate routine tasks using Bash scripting.

Collaborate with infrastructure, security, database, and application teams to ensure platform stability and availability.
