Key Responsibilities

Create roaming connections (OCPI) with roaming partners and roaming hubs

Test and integrate contactless payment terminals (Hardware-to-Hardware, Cloud-to-Cloud)

Test specific software features, e.g., Eichrecht, Autocharge, Plug&Charge on certified hardware

Manage test certification life cycle

Execute the operational implementation of innovative technical solutions together with development

Provide third-line support to the Technical Support team for complex technical issues and escalations

Collaborate with developers of the IT platform from the perspective of technical operation

Structured implementation of planned integration projects including documentation

Cooperate with members of the customer's IT department

Identify and troubleshoot technical (data) problems

Assist the Sales Team in addressing technical inquiries during client acquisition

Produce articles for internal and external distribution

Own workstreams and coordinate in projects across departments
