Lead the scaling of Barracuda autonomous air vehicle production from prototype to full-rate output at the Arsenal-1 facility. Own the manufacturing process on the floor, including DFM, tooling design, and continuous improvement using RCCA methodologies. Requires 7+ years of electromechanical hardware experience and US citizenship for relocation to Ohio.

Ownership of the full manufacturing value chain from DFM to production documentation
Key Responsibilities
Execute the manufacturing of Barracuda products or sub-assemblies from prototype through full-rate production.
Partner with design engineers to drive DFM and producibility into the design process.
Author and maintain MBOMs, work instructions, tooling specs, and process specifications.
Root-cause and resolve floor issues using RCCA and 5-Why methodologies.
Support capacity and rate planning to meet production demand and ramp targets.
Partner with Quality, technicians, and vendors to maintain quality standards and unblock production.
Analyze production metrics for cost reduction, quality improvement, and capacity increase.
Develop production and test methodologies to enable scaling for complex products.

Experience leading large-scale change management initiatives in production operations
Exposure to aircraft, aerospace, and defense programs
Harness and PCBA fabrication experience, including SMT processes
Hands-on experience with R/C or autonomous flight vehicles and control systems
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher
Familiarity with J-STD-001, IPC-A-610, and IPC/WHMA-A-620
Software scripting ability
Current active U.S. Secret security clearance
