Key Responsibilities
Assess the current People landscape and build a sequenced roadmap for systems, policies, and compliance.
Manage the People team and own HR operations, talent, benefits, total rewards, and employee relations.
Partner with executive leadership on organizational design, headcount planning, and team structure.
Coach executives and managers through performance and organizational challenges.
Design and own compensation philosophy, job architecture, and leveling frameworks.
Drive performance management, calibration, feedback, and promotion processes.
Lead employee relations, including investigations, leaves, and exits in partnership with Legal.
Build foundational culture programs such as onboarding and manager enablement.
Lead HRIS migration and build scalable infrastructure for immigration, mobility, and analytics.
Identify and implement AI and LLM applications across People operations and internal workflows.
