Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3-5 Talent Acquisition professionals, setting performance metrics and fostering a high-performance culture
Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth, workforce planning, and market trends
Oversee full-cycle recruiting for professional, technical, and leadership roles across engineering, construction, and MEP sectors
Partner with hiring managers to design sourcing, attraction, and selection strategies while ensuring compliance and service-level adherence
Analyze recruiting metrics, hiring trends, and workforce data to drive decision-making and improve efficiency
Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, HR partners, and executive stakeholders to align recruiting with business objectives
Develop and implement sourcing strategies across multiple channels (direct sourcing, referrals, industry networks, partnerships) and evaluate emerging recruiting technologies
