Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and UX for a conversational AI platform integrating multi-channel conversations, persistent memory, and workflow automation.
Translate ambiguous technical and user needs into clear product requirements, wireframes, prototypes, and actionable specifications for engineering teams.
Collaborate with engineers to reason through system architecture, LLM behavior, state/data flows, permissions, failure modes, and edge cases while ensuring reliability and usability.
Conduct user research to validate assumptions and inform product decisions, ensuring alignment with business and user impact priorities.
Make high-judgment tradeoffs between product velocity, technical complexity, and system correctness while maintaining user trust and privacy.
