Key Responsibilities
Contribute to defining, scoping, and prioritizing product requirements for Transfer Agency and Issuer Operations.
Scope and drive data integrations with partner organizations, from requirements through launch.
Write and prioritize user stories, specs, and acceptance criteria for features touching investor recordkeeping, subscriptions/redemptions, and cap table management.
Lead day-to-day delivery with Engineering on onboarding and issuance workflows for new funds/assets.
Manage UAT and QA planning for Transfer Agency and Issuer related releases.
Prioritize the bug/enhancement backlog from Operations and Compliance based on regulatory and client impact.
Maintain and continuously improve product documentation, runbooks, and internal training materials for TA and issuer workflows.
Use operational data (reconciliation exceptions, processing times, error rates) to inform roadmap decisions.
Coordinate cross-functional launches involving Compliance, Legal, and Client Services.
