Key Responsibilities

Build end-to-end product features for an AI-powered learning platform, transforming how organizations adopt AI at scale

Set and enforce full-stack quality standards for testing, maintainability, and technical design across frontend and backend

Collaborate with CTO, Director of Engineering, product, and design teams to translate customer needs into robust, user-centric solutions

Make pragmatic technical decisions for frontend architecture, API design, data modeling, and integrations

Improve platform quality, usability, performance, and reliability as user base grows

Own full-stack development for key product areas, including AI-powered flows, learning content, authentication, and user experience
