Key Responsibilities
Own the design of key growth surfaces including onboarding, activation flows, referral programs, and upgrade moments across Superhuman’s product suite
Design the full user journey, connecting key moments into a coherent end-to-end experience instead of optimizing isolated touchpoints
Translate quantitative and qualitative insights into clear, compelling design solutions that move growth metrics
Drive experimentation by defining hypotheses, designing A/B tests, and iterating rapidly based on results
Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth PM, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to align on strategy and ship high-quality work
Contribute to and evolve Superhuman’s design system, ensuring consistency and quality at scale
Elevate the quality bar of all team outputs with a sharp eye for craft, including typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
