Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of thermal EVT (environmental test) campaigns at system and capsule levels

Design and plan thermal/ECLSS activities at sub-system levels (e.g., cold plate qualification, Pressure Compartment System, Ventilation system)

Define and manage flight hardware interfaces during integration (pipes, fittings, valves, MLI, heaters, sensors, harness routing, thermal fillers)

Design 3D setups for test activities and build test setups, including procuring test parts

Write and execute test procedures for all thermal/ECLSS test activities

Plan, prepare, execute, and oversee thermal/ECLSS tests in coordination with internal and external test facilities

Provide test results and generate comprehensive test reports

Support model correlation and validation in collaboration with the engineering team

Work closely with the design office and systems engineering to ensure design meets flight qualification standards

Improve processes and procedures based on lessons learned from previous operations

Support factory setup and operational tasks as the company grows

You are requested to lead a small team.This is a unique opportunity to play a hands-on role in testing and qualifying critical space systems in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.You will report to the AIT Mechanical Principal Engineer.
