Key Responsibilities
Define motion principles for the Raisin brand, establishing guidelines for timing, easing, transitions, and typographic behavior.
Build and maintain comprehensive motion guidelines, reusable component libraries, and templates in After Effects, Figma, and Jitter.
Partner with Performance and Growth Marketing to produce high-performing motion assets for paid and organic social channels.
Edit and polish campaign videos, product teasers, and social cuts, managing pacing, sound design, color grading, and captioning.
Collaborate with Web and Product Design teams to create product animations and UI micro-interactions in production-ready formats like Lottie or Rive.
Lead motion projects from concept to final export, including storyboards, styleframes, animation, and QA.
Mentor the broader design team on motion expertise and elevate the team's craft standard.
Explore emerging tools, including AI-assisted workflows, to streamline repetitive tasks.
