Key Responsibilities

Design and build the MVP for an AI-driven neobank platform across web, mobile, backend, and cloud infrastructure

Integrate banking-as-a-service partners, payment rails, KYC/AML systems, and regulated money movement services

Develop secure, resilient, and compliant agentic workflows for real-money financial decisions with auditability

Select and implement cloud, data, observability, disaster-recovery, and security approaches from first principles

Set engineering standards and coordinate with contract engineers for future team growth

Base salary of $150,000-$300,000
