Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end product development efforts from requirements definition through validation, certification, ramp-up, and sustaining
Craft and track program schedules and coordinate deliverables with EE, ME, FW, and ID teams
De-risk development and resolve hurdles related to testing, line bring-up, SOPs, factory flow, and yield
Lead weekly vendor calls, internal team updates, and leadership presentations
Own the build plan and unit allocation leading up to product launches
Define and execute launch plans in coordination with Engineering, Product Managers, and Supply Chain teams
Serve as the primary point of contact for international manufacturing partners
Guide compliance efforts, sustaining work, and post-launch failure analysis
