We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to play a key role in personnel management and contribute to the building and development of structures within the Human Resources Department. The ideal candidate should be adept at recruiting, with experience in construction.
We are looking for someone to join our office in Lybia. Working remotely from abroad for the first few weeks / months is an option, but relocation is required.
Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent and ensure a diverse and skilled team.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding and training programs for new employees.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within HR functions.
- Experience in using ERP systems and other relevant software applications for HR management.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand certain requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

Qualifications and Experience:
