Key Highlights
Own the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, terminations, compliance) for clients in Southern Europe with a focus on France
Act as trusted in-country HR advisor for complex employee relations, contract reviews, and immigration/mobility support
Drive compliance governance projects and digital transformation (automation/AI) for HR processes globally
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, lifecycle events, terminations) ensuring compliance and smooth operations for clients in Southern Europe
Serve as the primary HR contact for complex employee relations, drafting legally sound documentation and handling sensitive termination cases
Advisory role for clients on benefits, compliance, workforce planning, and performance compensation, including PIPs and salary changes
Stay current on labor laws and cultural nuances in Southern Europe (with focus on France) to provide actionable guidance to clients
Collaborate with payroll providers, benefits brokers, and legal advisors to ensure seamless client partnerships
Lead compliance governance projects and drive digital transformation initiatives (automation/AI) to optimize HR processes
Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for employee immigration/mobility needs in coordination with the Global Mobility team
