Key Responsibilities
Optimize AI models for real-time performance on target hardware, balancing throughput, latency, and compute constraints
Research, replicate, and adapt state-of-the-art detection, tracking, and classification methods for defence use cases
Run large-scale distributed training jobs on sensor datasets to build robust foundation or auto-annotation models
Collaborate with product and deployment teams to identify perception bottlenecks and shape AI roadmaps
Design rigorous experiments and benchmarks to evaluate real-world performance under operational constraints
