Maintain effective communication across Development, Product, Architecture, DevOps, and other departments

I am looking for a Development Team Lead, able to join one of my client based in Malta.

The role is fully on-site in Malta. Relocation is provided if needed.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and develop the software engineering team, including performance management, goal setting, and regular feedback.

- Own the development lifecycle from planning and design through implementation, deployment, and post-release support.

- Work closely with the Product Owner and CTO to translate business and technical requirements into clear delivery plans.

- Monitor delivery progress, identify and resolve blockers and risks, and provide weekly status/risk reports to the CTO.
