Develop and maintain end-to-end deposit/withdrawal workflows with robust transaction routing, status tracking, and reconciliation

Implement secure payment lifecycle logic, including idempotency, retries, failure handling, and edge-case resolution

Enforce PCI DSS compliance and security controls for financial data protection

Monitor PSP integrations, troubleshoot issues, and optimize reliability/performance of payment systems

Develop observability tools (logging, reporting) for payment operations and technical troubleshooting

Integrate anti-fraud, AML, and KYC controls into payment workflows

Provide technical leadership through architecture discussions, code reviews, and mentorship of engineers
