Drive AI adoption across team workflows (e.g., code review, documentation, sprint planning) with measurable throughput improvements

Manage distributed teams across time zones with async leadership, remote 1:1s, and distributed sprint ceremonies

Ensure predictable shipping cadence, early risk surfacing, and cross-functional alignment with Product, Design, and specialist teams

Orchestrate cross-functional delivery from roadmap to release, balancing business value and technical soundness

Act as the interface between engineering, Product, and Design, making tradeoff decisions without becoming a bottleneck

Protect and develop top performers while addressing conflict and underperformance with structured processes

Maintain technical credibility by staying close to code, participating in code reviews, and providing architectural input
