Collaboration with distributed teams to optimize content for both traditional search and AI-driven discovery (e.g., Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT)
Key Responsibilities
Manage final publishing workflow for monthly content volume, ensuring formatting, links, metadata, and on-page completeness in CMS
Conduct keyword, competitor, and topic research using tools like Semrush/Conductor, identifying content gaps and organizing findings into actionable plans
Build and maintain topical maps for core categories, preventing cannibalization and aligning content with funnel stages and seasonality
Create detailed editorial briefs (intent, keywords, entities, internal links, schema, CTA) for copywriters and content teams
Monitor SEO performance, crawl/indexation, Core Web Vitals, and technical issues via Google Search Console and auditing tools
Track LLM visibility (e.g., AthenaHQ) and AI-driven search trends, optimizing content for AI Overviews and SERP shifts
