Key Responsibilities

Lead assembly and integration of cryogenic propulsion hardware, including turbopumps, valves, feed systems, and complete engine assemblies

Develop detailed assembly procedures, work instructions, and manufacturing documentation for propulsion systems

Define tooling, fixtures, and ground support equipment required for propulsion assembly and testing

Ensure compliance with cleanliness, contamination control, and configuration management requirements

Prepare engine hardware for testing and support installation on test benches

Set up engine production lines in coordination with site leadership and HSE

Provide technical leadership during critical propulsion assembly activities and mentorship for junior engineers

Coordinate multidisciplinary activities across engineering, manufacturing, and test teams

Technical Skills Required

Cryogenic propulsion system assembly and testing Manufacturing process design (DFM, DFX) Fluid dynamics and propulsion system engineering
