Key Responsibilities

Lead assembly and acceptance testing of Huracán thrust chamber assemblies and subcomponents

Oversee full engine builds, integrating propulsion subsystems (valves, pumps, instrumentation, piping)

Develop and maintain assembly procedures, work instructions, and manufacturing documentation

Define tooling, fixtures, and ground support equipment for engine assembly

Conduct leak checks, pressure tests, functional checks, and instrumentation verification

Support hot-fire test campaigns with hardware readiness reviews and procedure walk-downs

Record build data, non-conformities, and as-built information in ERP systems

Investigate assembly issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions

Drive continuous improvement in assembly processes, ergonomics, and production readiness

Technical Skills Required
