Key Responsibilities
Orchestrate end-to-end restoration of critical telecommunications incidents across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa
Act as Incident Commander for major network incidents, coordinating L1/L2 teams, MNOs, IMSI providers, and core-network vendors
Lead and develop a team of 5–10 Network Operations engineers, providing technical mentoring and performance management
Maintain deep technical ownership of live roaming and core-network services, including Diameter/DRA/HSS, GTP-C/GTP-U, PGW/PCRF, APN/DNS, and IPX/GRX
Drive RCA, Problem Management, and permanent corrective actions for major and recurring incidents, ensuring root causes are identified and vendor responses are challenged
Monitor and optimize network performance using KPIs such as first-attach success, session-establishment success, latency, packet loss, throughput, availability, and MTTR
Ensure seamless follow-the-sun handover between regional teams for 24/7 operational readiness
