Deeply understand customer reporting needs for payroll, finance, HR, executive, manager, internal operator, and partner/builder personas
Build trusted reporting foundations including standard reports, configurable report building, GL/journal exports, variance reporting, reconciliation, definitions, permissions, lineage, auditability, and observability
Develop intelligent insights experiences with AI, anomaly detection, driver analysis, and proactive recommendations
Deliver through strong cross-functional execution with Data, Engineering, Design, Security, Legal, Sales, CX, Finance, Operations, and partners
Measure and improve impact using KPIs for adoption, engagement, trust, report accuracy, distribution usage, retention, expansion, and internal leverage
