Senior Talent Sourcer (Remote) – Gaming Industry

We’re looking for a driven Talent Sourcer who’s passionate about games to join our HR team. At MOJAM, we build products behind one of the top gaming services for CS2 players, trusted by tens of thousands of users around the world every day. This is a fully remote role open to candidates based abroad, so you can work from wherever you grind. Our team is agile, flexible, and determined to dominate the market. What to Do

• Develop a sourcing strategy for finding candidates in new locations
• Search for passive candidates using various sources and contact potential candidates through different channels
• Coordinate vacancy postings via different job boards
• Create talent pipelines for future needs
• Maintain of talent database: review applicants from corporate job site and other postings, including talent pool candidates, keeping information up to date
• Keep the team informed about recruitment progress (weekly reports, syncs, etc.)
• Work with HRIS (PeopleForce) and other tools, ensuring data is accurate and up to date
• Cooperate with Recruiters to build an effective sourcing strategy for finding candidates
• Schedule initial interviews with external candidates for recruiters
• Work on specific projects, share ideas, and implement improvements to the recruitment process
• Participate in activities that enhance the employer brand
• Monitor market changes and share best practices and relevant materials with the team

Your Superpowers

• 3+ years of experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role
• Experience in sourcing top-tier specialists in various fields such as marketing, development, and others
• Understanding of sourcing principles and recruitment processes, job market trends
• You have a deep understanding of the IT market and are proficient in using various modern tools to find specialists
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and on multiple vacancies at the same time
• Attention to details, communication and time-management skills
• Experience with ATS system and reporting
• Focus on results and desire to learn
• B2 level of English, spoken Ukrainian
• Strong ability to collaborate with teams to enhance recruitment processes, leveraging analytics and improving the overall hiring experience as a product
