Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, prioritize, and document business and product requirements from stakeholders, clients, and focus groups

Develop comprehensive user stories, use cases, functional specifications, process flows, and technical documentation

Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to identify opportunities for product improvement

Collaborate with development, product, sales, operations, and engineering teams to ensure successful product delivery and feature implementation

Support third-party API and SDK integrations by coordinating with technical teams and assisting throughout implementation

Participate in solution testing, troubleshooting, product launches, and post-deployment monitoring to ensure high-quality releases

Prepare integration guides, user manuals, training materials, and knowledge-sharing documentation while delivering product demonstrations to internal and external stakeholders
