Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define requirements, refine user stories, manage epics, and support successful product delivery

Translate customer and business problems into clear product strategies, solutions, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes

Coordinate communication across product, engineering, design, implementation, and customer-facing teams to ensure alignment throughout the product lifecycle

Use analytics, customer insights, and performance data to guide roadmap decisions and continuously improve product experiences

Support product launches, adoption initiatives, and ongoing optimization efforts by measuring results and identifying improvement opportunities

Partner with leadership and stakeholders to balance immediate priorities with long-term product strategy

Ensure effective collaboration with other product teams to maintain consistent processes and delivery standards
