Support product launches, adoption initiatives, and ongoing optimization efforts by measuring results and identifying improvement opportunities
Partner with leadership and stakeholders to balance immediate priorities with long-term product strategy
Ensure effective collaboration with other product teams to maintain consistent processes and delivery standards

Accountabilities

  • 3+ years of experience in product management roles within B2B, SaaS, web-based, or technology-driven environments.
  • Demonstrated experience managing product initiatives from opportunity identification through roadmap planning, execution, and measurement.
  • Experience working with technical products, APIs, or software platforms is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of product discovery, backlog management, prioritization, and agile development practices.
  • Ability to gather requirements, define user stories, and collaborate effectively with engineering and design teams.
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making, prioritization, and measuring product impact.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment.
