Key Responsibilities

Lead the strategic direction, roadmap, and execution of the Provider Data Management (PDM) and related product portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs

Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing product management organization, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous learning

Partner with engineering, implementation, and cross-functional teams to improve delivery processes, remove execution bottlenecks, and accelerate customer value

Drive operational excellence by establishing scalable product management processes, planning frameworks, governance, and execution discipline across the organization

Oversee the full product lifecycle, from discovery and strategy through delivery, launch, optimization, and ongoing performance measurement
