Key Responsibilities

Design, deploy, configure, and maintain VMware virtualization platforms across on-premises and hybrid cloud environments

Manage and support VMware vSphere, vCenter, ESXi, vSAN, NSX, Aria, and related technologies

Administer virtualization infrastructure to ensure availability, performance, capacity, and operational stability

Configure and manage software-defined storage solutions including vSAN and storage policies

Support software-defined networking environments using NSX technologies

Develop automation solutions using PowerCLI scripting and other infrastructure automation tools

Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents across compute, network, and storage layers

Support disaster recovery strategies including VMware Site Recovery Manager (SRM) implementations

Assist with Kubernetes and container platform integrations including VMware Tanzu environments

Participate in platform upgrades, migrations, modernization efforts, and infrastructure improvement initiatives

Collaborate with engineering, operations, and technical teams to deliver reliable infrastructure solutions

Maintain documentation, operational procedures, and best practices for virtualization platforms
